Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and when we ship your Celestee order. Celestee is operated by Madhushaa Beautycare LLP.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays. During launches, sales, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7 business days, depending on your location and our courier partner. Remote or non-metro locations may take longer. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email and/or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier disruptions, or regional restrictions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@madhushaabeautycare.com.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
